Summary of Learning Development


EDTECH 126: A SUMMARY OF LEARNING DEVELOPMENT


      Too many useful topics discussed and enhanced during the laboratory and lecture sessions that I find very interesting and useful but I preferably focused on the WEB 2.0 Tools hence it is the most fundamental equipment used in the classroom setting and even in the other institutions or establishments because of its easy and handy features that was really available to everyone and the best way of sharing, editing, and commenting same as with collaborating items/files in the same time and even in different location. Web 2.0 refers to World Wide Web websites that emphasize user-generated content, usability (ease of use, even by non-experts), and interoperability (this means that a website can work well with other products, systems, and devices) for every users. Moreover, Web 2.0 emphasizes the easiest way to connect with many users who comes in different purpose and functions in the society.

        However, there were topics also that I find difficult to understand and subjected to further improvement for my side, one of which was the CFQs or most probably known as Curriculum Framing Questions. Basically, I understand the purposes, usefulness and roles of Curriculum Framing Questions in making a more easy and understandable Unit Plan because it guides us on how to develop it but what I find more formidable was the formulation of the CFQs and analyzing which of the formulated one are for essential questions, unit questions and content questions. I find it difficult in a way that I have to critically think and really give my time to review and read questions that are considered to be essential, unit and content in relevance to my topic. 
Evidently, the new paradigm of education is done by creating engaging and inspiring learning experiences and linking with different tools of learning in the preference of our new technology to absorb and embrace the new ways and techniques of developing learning in such a way of making it more convenient and accessible to everyone. As a key participant in the learning process in ED 126 I could say that it was really inspiring and engaging because I learned how to collaborate and share ideas with peers, teams or basically in myself. The new ways and techniques of education that we have today help develop fellow educators and a citizen of digital world to connect thoughts and ideas to one another. 
        Continuously, I find the use of the websites or the educational websites that Edtech 126 has fully given to the users/educators/digital citizens very useful and easy in the manner of accessibility and interoperability of the features of the website. I would suggest that if by any chance further development and useful tools (educational items) will be link to the website that was accessible to everyone.
Furthermore, I would suggest also that teaching and learning process in educational technology must be available to all and not just for the students who take the subject but to those individual who are enthusiast in learning about the functions and purposes of educational technology especially in our modern world that technology takes a big part in the teaching-learning process of the students and teachers in the classroom setting.

       Education technology really enhance the students/educators and even those people who wanted to learn about it because out of its features that were really reliable and purposive for a better education in relating technology to classroom development and management. Education technology also helps connect the world with different educational outputs and tools to develop the learning of its components. To sum it up, educational technology is a great piece of art that unfolds development and strategies in education.
